132H2255 Danfoss

Part of Danfoss's VLT Soft Starter MCD 600 range, the 132H2255 (alternatively known as the MCD60065BTXSES3RCVE) is a soft starter taking a 3ph 480VAC mains supply /w/ a 120VAC control voltage provided through a step-down transformer, suitable for a 50HP motor /w/ a 65A full load current in normal duty operation (350%, 30s, 4 starts/hr) @ 40°C.

The VLT Soft Starter MCD 600 series sports an extended simulation mode, with a full simulation of start behaviour to allow testing without connecting mains supply or a motor.
Inbuilt timers and schedulers allow for easy automation, while the pump-clean and PowerThrough functions increase uptime, decreasing system failures.
A USB port comes as standard for installation, with a variety of communication and application-based option cards are available.
A HMI/keypad is built into the door, with graphical multi-line display capable of generating real-time graphs of motor performance and quick setup menus, with the enclosure also containing a circuit breaker and bypass contact.
An extensive event log capable of holding up to 348 individual events and dynamic QR code onscreen display provide all the data you need, when you need it.

Rated for operation between -10°C...+40°C. Conformant to UL508A, service entrance rated.

Any components subject to degradation over time such as fans and electrolytic capacitors will be replaced to ensure a greater lifespan for your soft starter.
