132H2248 Danfoss

The 132H2248 by Danfoss (also known as the MCD60448CT7S2X00CV1) is a soft starter from the VLT Soft Starter MCD 600 line. It takes a a 3ph 380...690VAC supply /w/ a 24VAC/DC control voltage, suitable for a 350HP motor /w/ a 377A full load current in heavy duty operation (450%, 30s, 4 starts/hr) and a 450HP motor /w/ a 414A full current load in normal duty operation (350%, 30s, 4 starts/hr), both @ 575VAC nominal.

Benefits

The VLT Soft Starter MCD 600 line features an extended simulation mode, with a full simulation of start behaviour to allow testing without hooking up mains supply or a motor.
Inbuilt timers and schedulers allow for easy automation, while the pump-clean and PowerThrough functions increase uptime, staving off system failures.
A USB port comes as standard for installation, with a host of communication and application-based option cards are available.
Finally, the unit comes with a 4-line graphical display, with multiple programming setup menus that support eight different languages.

Rated for operation between -10°C...+60°C /w/ derating <40°C @ 5...95% relative humidity, non-condensing.
Suitable for use at altitudes <1000m above sea level, higher altitudes require derating.
Tolerance for pollution and vibration conformant to Pollution Degree 3 and IEC 60068-2-6 respectively.
