The 136Z4310 by Danfoss (full part #: MCD60667CT5S3X00CV2) is a soft starter from the VLT Soft Starter MCD 600 series. It takes a a 3ph 200...525VAC supply /w/ a 110...120VAC / 220...240VAC control voltage, suitable for a 400HP motor /w/ a 480A full load current in heavy duty operation (450%, 30s, 4 starts/hr) and a 500HP motor /w/ a 605A full current load in normal duty operation (350%, 30s, 4 starts/hr), both @ 460VAC nominal.
