EVS9322-ES Lenze

The EVS9322-ES of Lenze's 9300 Servo line is a servo controller with a 3ph 380...480VAC supply and 0.75kW, 1HP, 2.5A output. With years of experience working on Lenze products, AFi Systems are fully prepared to repair and supply the whole line of 9300 Servo drives.

General Information

Within a NEMA 1, IP20 rated frame, measuring 384mm x 78mm x 250mm (HxWxD) with a weight of 4kg.

Terminals include; 2x AI, (-10V...+10V, -20mA...+20mA), 2x AQ (-10V...+10V @ 2mA^max), 5x DI (8mA @ +24V; 0V^LOW...+3V^LOW, +12V^HIGH...+30V^HIGH), 2x DQ (50mA^max; 0V^LOW...+3V^LOW, +12V^LOW...+30V^LOW) and PTC/KTY input.

Drive Application

The EVS9322-ES is a servo inverter, denoted by the "-ES" suffix, supporting the basic functions most often required in a servo drive.

It contains an electronic gearbox and can support multiple drives running in synchronous operation through digital frequency coupling. Adjustable gearbox factors can be used to achieve this synchronous operation with low fuss and high flexibility. Feedback systems such as SinCos encoders are used in place of a standard resolver solution to ensure utmost precision.

This drive is suitable for robotics, conveying and sorting, travelling drive, and shaper drive applications amongst others.

Our Repair Process

Any products sent for repair at AFi Systems come with a 2-year warranty to ensure you can be confident in your product upon its return. We will thoroughly service your 9300 Servo controller, ensuring it is bench tested and confirmed operational. Any components subject to degradation over time such as fans and electrolytic capacitors will be replaced to ensure a greater lifespan for your servo drive.
