Lenze EVS9324-CK 3kW 7A 9300 Servo Drive
Manufactured by Lenze and part of the 9300 Servo line, the EVS9324-CK is a servo controller with a 3ph 380...480VAC supply and 3kW, 4HP, 7A output. With years of experience working on Lenze products, AFi Systems are fully prepared to repair and supply the full range of 9300 Servo drives.
General Information
Within a NEMA 1, IP20 rated frame, measuring 381mm x 97mm x 168mm (HxWxD) with a weight of 3.9kg.
Terminals include; 2x AI, (-10V...+10V, -20mA...+20mA), 2x AQ (-10V...+10V @ 2mAmax), 5x DI (8mA @ +24V; 0VLOW...+3VLOW, +12VHIGH...+30VHIGH), 2x DQ (50mAmax; 0VLOW...+3VLOW, +12VLOW...+30VLOW) and PTC/KTY input.
Drive Application
The EVS9324-CK is a 9300 Servo Technology PLC, denoted by the "-ET" suffix, featuring pre-configured PLC programming solutions.
Developed for the general use of technology functions, it is required for use of library functions or pre-configured solutions from the technology packages. Technology packages are available for point-to-point positioning drives, cam drives with individual motion profiles, winding drives with dancer control or tension control, and more.
This drive is suitable for reel changer, handling and robotics with decentralised intelligence, rack drive, and complex motion control applications amongst others.

Our Repair Process
Any products sent for repair at AFi Systems come with a 2-year warranty to ensure you can be confident in your product upon its return. Any components subject to degradation over time such as fans and electrolytic capacitors will be replaced to ensure a greater lifespan for your servo controller.
