EVS9326-ER Lenze

Manufactured by Lenze and part of the 9300 Servo line, the EVS9326-ER is a servo drive with a 3ph 380...480VAC supply and 11kW, 15HP, 23.5A output. With years of experience working on Lenze products, AFi Systems are fully equipped to repair and supply the whole range of 9300 Servo drives.

General Information

Within a NEMA 1, IP20 rated enclosure, measuring 384mm x 135mm x 250mm (HxWxD) with a weight of 7.4kg.

Terminals include; 2x AI, (-10V...+10V, -20mA...+20mA), 2x AQ (-10V...+10V @ 2mA^max), 5x DI (8mA @ +24V; 0V^LOW...+3V^LOW, +12V^HIGH...+30V^HIGH), 2x DQ (50mA^max; 0V^LOW...+3V^LOW, +12V^LOW...+30V^LOW) and PTC/KTY input.

Drive Application

The EVS9326-ER is a servo register controller, denoted by the "-ER" suffix, featuring a register control system.

Material lengths are processed in many machines. Overprinting, cuts, perforations, embossing and cemented joints need to be accurately positioned in accordance with the given print image on the material length. However, due to fluctuations caused by the industrial processes (material properties, production parameters), the position of this print image can drift. In addition to the basic requirement for an "electric shaft", there is also a demand for a higher-level alignment of the rotational movement on the print image with high register accuracy. The register control which is already integrated in the drive controller continuously realigns the angular settings of feeder rollers, printing cylinders, cutting rollers and other processing stations with the print image. As a result, overprints, cuts, perforations, embossing, cemented joints, etc. are positioned exactly where they are meant to be.

This drive is suitable for inserter, cross cutter, and printing unit applications amongst others.

Our Repair Process

Any products sent for repair at AFi Systems come with a 2-year warranty to ensure you can be confident in your product upon its return. We will thoroughly service your 9300 Servo controller, ensuring it is bench tested and confirmed operational. Any components subject to degradation over time such as fans and electrolytic capacitors will be replaced to ensure a greater lifespan for your servo drive.
