EVS9331-EP Lenze

Manufactured by Lenze and part of the 9300 Servo series, the EVS9331-EP is a servo drive with a 3ph 380...480VAC supply and 55kW, 75HP, 110A output. With years of experience working on Lenze products, AFi Systems are fully able to repair and supply the whole range of 9300 Servo controllers.

General Information

Within a NEMA 1, IP20 rated enclosure, measuring 750mm x 450mm x 285mm (HxWxD) with a weight of 59kg.

Terminals include; 2x AI, (-10V...+10V, -20mA...+20mA), 2x AQ (-10V...+10V @ 2mA^max), 5x DI (8mA @ +24V; 0V^LOW...+3V^LOW, +12V^HIGH...+30V^HIGH), 2x DQ (50mA^max; 0V^LOW...+3V^LOW, +12V^LOW...+30V^LOW) and PTC/KTY input.

Drive Application

The EVS9331-EP is a servo position controller, denoted by the "-EP" suffix, featuring a position control system.

Offering an easy commissioning process with only a few values to input, the servo position controller is a much more modern solution compared to an external positioning control system which uses a more complicated programming language. The signals from limit switches or other drives can also be evaluated at the same time. If the reaching of the target position is subject to tolerances, then the setpoint position can be automatically corrected by evaluation of a target mark.

This drive is suitable for flying saw, palletizer, material feed, handling and robotics with distributed intelligence, cross cutter, and hoist drive applications amongst others.

Our Repair Process

Any products sent for repair at AFi Systems come with a 2-year warranty to ensure you can be confident in your product upon its return. We will thoroughly service your 9300 Servo controller, ensuring it is bench tested and confirmed operational. Any components subject to degradation over time such as fans and electrolytic capacitors will be replaced to ensure a greater lifespan for your servo drive.
