WJ200-007SF Hitachi 1.0HP 5A Single Phase 200-240V Inverter
The WJ200-007SF is a legacy product and despite still being available it is not recommended for new designs. The WJ200 series has been replaced by the WJ-C1. Upgrading is simplified as the WJ-C1 has the same footprint, and parameters can be copied from the WJ200 to the WJ-C1.
The WJ200-007SF is a 1.0HP variable speed drive from the Hitachi WJ200 range, with a rated output of 5A for constant torque applications running from a 200-240V Single Phase supply. The WJ200-007SF can also be used with a 1.5HP or 6A motor in variable torque application such as centrifugal fans and pumps.
The WJ200-007SF features advanced sensorless vector control with a high starting torque of up to 200% and dramatically improved speed stability. A brake chopper is included as standard in all models as is the integral keypad, although an enhanced keypad or programming via the built in USB interface is also available.
Side by side mounting is possible to save panel space, and further space and cost savings can be achieved removing external components by utilizing features such as the safe-stop and Easy Sequence (EzSQ) which allows PLC like functionality.
The WJ200-007SF is capable of driving permanent magnet (PMAC) motors as well as standard induction motors.
The WJ200 is designed to be low maintenance, with DC bus capacitors and fans having a design lifetime of 10 years, and screwless spring loaded terminals don't just make installation simple, they also don't need tightening during service.
Modbus communication is included as standard, however option cards can add a number of different fieldbus protocols, along with EzCom peer to peer communications between drives being possible, with 1 drive acting as administrator and the others as master or slave.
